		<description>If all the bill did was lead to courts developing expertise that would be good.  But in all likelihood the bill will eventually be hijacked by the Coalition for Patent Piracy [They call themselves the Coalition for Patent Fairness :)].  In that case the momentum would be used to slip some nasty through the system.  This is the reality of the way Congress works.  We have met with Issa and based on his position on other so called patent reform it is quite possible that he has introduced this as a vehicle to slip something else through Congress.
