Indian Pharmaceutical Alliance opposes amendments to Indian Patents Act
Link: The Indian Pharmaceutical Alliance (IPA) has indicated its opposition to proposed amendments to the Indian Patents Act that aim to place Indian patent law in full compliance with the TRIPs Agreement (see this prior PTP post). The proposed amendments allow the patenting of pharmaceutical compositions.
