New patent reform bill - the Patents Depend on Quality Act of 2006

A new patent reform bill, the Patents Depend on Quality Act of 2006 (”the PDQ Act”), was circulated yesterday by Representative Berman. I haven’t had time to investigate and/or review it yet, but will soon.
