PTO Proposed patent fee changes for 2005
Link [pdf]: USPTO has published a Federal Register notice proposing changes to certain patent fees. Any comments on the proposed changes must be submitted by June 9, 2004.
The notice states that certain of the proposed fee changes will be superseded by The United States Patent and Trademark Fee Modernization Act of 2004 (H.R. 1561) if enacted into law. The legislation category has several posts relating to this proposed legislation.
