Senate finally set to tackle patent reform
Following on the record pace of its counterpart in the House, the Senate Subcommittee on Intellectual Property finally appears ready to address patent reform issues. Senator Hatch is set to preside over a hearing on post grant review procedures and litigation reforms. The hearing, entitled “Perspectives on Patents: Post-Grant Review Procedures and Other Litigation Reforms” is scheduled for Tuesday, May 23, 2006 at 2:00.
