Someone has to do it…

It seems the patent system is under attack from hundreds of different angles right now. I’m not talking about reform efforts here…I’m talking about the outright attacks that characterize our patent system as evil incarnate. The lack of any significant visible defense of the system has been disturbing….I boiled over a bit last night and stood up for the system in a comment to this post on PHOSITA.
