Talk to ya in 13.75 years

Crouch has posted a status letter from the Patent and Trademark Office that estimates that a first action on the merits for a particular application will be issued in “approximately” 165 months (that’s 13.75 years). No clue as to what the application claims, but, as Dennis points out, it’s probably safe to assume it’s a business method or some type of software. This is wrong for so many reasons….
